College Cash and MoneyGram Partnership - Cash Back Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the College

Cash and MoneyGram Cash Back Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program,

you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility: a. To be eligible for the Program, individuals must sign up for both a College Cash

account and a MoneyGram online account. b. Participants must initiate an international money

transfer of at least $100.00 through their MoneyGram online profile to qualify for the $10.00

cash back reward.

2. Cash Back Reward: a. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria will receive $10.00 cash

back credited to their College Cash account. b. The cash back reward will be processed within

[insert timeframe] after the completion of the qualifying international money transfer.

3. Usage of Cash Back: a. The cash back amount can only be used to cover the cost of future

international money transfers facilitated through the College Cash platform. b. The cash back

funds are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Program Duration: a. The Program begins on 01/02/2024 and will continue unless

terminated earlier by either party. b. College Cash and MoneyGram reserve the right to extend

or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

5. Restrictions: a. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. b. Multiple

sign-ups by the same individual or any attempt to abuse or manipulate the Program will result in

disqualification.

6. Privacy and Data: a. By participating in the Program, participants agree to the collection and

use of their personal information by College Cash and MoneyGram for the purpose of

administering the Program. b. Participant information will be handled in accordance with the

respective privacy policies of College Cash and MoneyGram.

7. Modification of Terms: College Cash and MoneyGram reserve the right to modify these

Terms at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the

Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability: College Cash and MoneyGram are not liable for any technical issues,

errors, or delays that may affect the participation or completion of the Program.
